What are your estimated shipping times?
Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help. Full priced devices can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase (devices include diffusers and humidifiers). Essential oils and natural air freshener sprays can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase. Discounted items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Items purchased with a gift card are eligible for exchange or store credit. To return or exchange a natural air freshener spray or diffuser bundle, please reach out to our customer experience team at hello@vitruvi.com. WARRANTY

Do your devices come with a warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you. Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty. For more information, visit our warranty page.
